YOUTH PASTOR

St Francis Mackworth | 2 Year Fixed Term | Full-time

Hours: 37.5 hours per week (including Sundays)
Salary: £27,000–£28,500 (dependent on experience)
Contract: 2 Year Fixed Term

We are seeking a Youth Pastor to help lead and pioneer our youth work. We believe young people are vital to the life and ministry of St Francis, and we long to see young people know Jesus.

This is an exciting opportunity to invest in the next generation, working within a supportive church, staff team, and wider Werbs Network.

About the Role

The Youth Pastor will play a key role in growing a thriving community of young people, helping them explore faith, and develop as disciples. You will be building on the existing work and pioneering outreach to the estate.

This role would suit someone who:

• Has previous experience in youth ministry (paid or voluntary)

• Is ready to take their next step in leadership

• Has a heart for young people and a desire to see faith grow authentically

• Is confident working collaboratively within church, community, and other local partners (schools, local government etc)
